pSemi RF Switch Evaluation Kits
pSemi RF Switch Evaluation Kits provide a demonstration and development platform for the UltraCMOS® RF Switches. UltraCMOS RF Switches are HaRP™ technology devices designed for various switching applications, spanning multiple markets, including wireless infrastructure, broadband, and wireless connectivity. pSemi switch ICs cover frequency ranges from 0Hz to 60GHz and temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C.
Each pSemi RF Switch Evaluation Kit includes its pre-mounted target IC. All bias and logic controls are applied to the appropriate pins of the pin header located on the evaluation board. RF in, RF, out, and "Thru" calibration connectors are provided for easy calibration.
