onsemi MC74VHCT245A Bus Transceivers are designed for two-way asynchronous communication between data buses. These transceivers have 8 independent data lines for transferring data between two buses. The MC74VHCT245A transceivers are advanced high-speed CMOS octal bus transceivers fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. These bus transceivers offer high-speed, fast propagation delays, typically 4.9ns at VCC = 5V. The MC74VHCT245A bus transceivers operate at a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage range. These transceivers are Pb-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant. The MC74VHCT245A transceivers are ideal for automotive, computing, consumer, industrial, and communication applications.
