onsemi HCPL2630 / HCPL2631 Dual-Channel Optocouplers

onsemi HCPL2630 / HCPL2631 dual-channel optocouplers feature a 10Mbps data rate and 10kV/µs common mode rejection (CMR). These onsemi optocouplers consist of a 850nm aluminum gallium arsenide (AlGaAs) LED optically coupled to high speed integrated photo-detector logic gate with a strobable output.

HCPL2630 and HCPL2631 optocouplers operate over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range. Applications include ground loop elimination, data multiplexing, and more.
