They feature a low profile with a typical height of 1.1mm and are RoHS compliant. The onsemi / Fairchild FSV Rectifiers are Green Molding Compounds as per the IEC61249 Standard, lead-free in compliance with EU RoHS 2011/65/EU Directive, and qualified per AEC-Q101 Rev. C Standard.
