NKK Switches M Toggle Switches

NKK Switches M Toggle Switches feature epoxy-sealed terminals to prevent the entry of solder flux and other contaminants. These switches offer an interlocked actuator block, lever, and interior guide to prevent switch failure due to biased lever movement. The M toggle switches have high-torque bushing construction that prevents rotation or separation from the frame during installation. These switches come in a molded diallyl phthalate case having a UL flammability rating of 94V-0. The M toggle switches feature prominent external insulating barriers that increase insulation resistance and dielectric strength. Typical applications include construction equipment, hospitality and restaurants, transportation, medical equipment, machine tooling, and marine equipment.

Features

  • Anti-rotation design mates toggle and bushing
  • Anti-jamming design protects contacts from damage due to excessive downward force on the actuator
  • Epoxy-sealed terminals prevent entry of solder flux and other contaminants
  • Interlocked actuator block, lever, and interior guide prevent switch failure due to biased lever movement
  • High torque bushing construction prevents rotation or separation from the frame during installation
  • High-insulating barriers increase the isolation of circuits in multipole devices and provide added protection to contact points
  • Molded diallyl phthalate case has a UL flammability rating of 94V-0
  • Prominent external insulating barriers increase insulation resistance and dielectric strength
  • Clinching of the frame to case well above the base and terminals provides 1,500V dielectric strength
  • Special silver alloy contacts with excellent wear resistance and arc resistance maintain high contact stability and long life
