Nisshinbo NJG1161PCD RF Front-End Module (FEM)

Nisshinbo NJG1161PCD RF Front-end Module (FEM) offers a low noise figure, high linearity, and high out-band rejection. These characteristics in the FEM are brought by a high-performance low noise amplifier (LNA), pre-filter, and post-filter. Nisshinbo NJG1161PCD RF FEM operates at -40°C to +115°C wide temperature range. This FEM features a standby mode that contributes to reducing the current consumption. This FEM includes two SAW filters, only two external components, and a 2.5mm x 2.5mm HFFP10 small package that is ideal for small-size applications.
