Nisshinbo NJW4175 Switching Regulator ICs
Nisshinbo NJW4175 Switching Regulator ICs are high-speed oscillating frequency buck converters with a 40V/600mA MOSFET. The NJW4175 has PWM/PFM mode to ensure high efficiency at light load. The operating voltage range is wide, and the input range is from 3.4V to 40V. Moreover, a 100% maximum duty cycle maintains stable output voltage even if supply voltage drops. Internal protection functions: UVLO, over-current protection, and a thermal shutdown circuit can protect the circuit in abnormal conditions. The Nisshinbo NJW4175 has wide coverage in consumer electronics and industrial applications because of features that are a wide input range, fixed output voltage type, high switching oscillating frequency, and 100% maximum duty cycle.Features
