Nexperia PMEGx00xxELD Low VF MEGA Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are Planar Maximum Efficiency General Application (MEGA) Schottky barrier rectifiers with integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a SOD882D leadless ultra small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package with visible and solderable side pads. 

Nexperia PMEGx00xxELD Low VF MEGA Schottky Barrier Rectifiers feature low forward voltage and are ideal for such applications as low voltage rectification, high efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), reverse polarity protection, and low power consumer applications.
