Nexperia PBSSxx50PAS/PBSSxx50PAS-Q Low VCEsat Transistors provide low collector-emitter saturation voltage and high collector current capability. The PBSSxx50PAS/PBSSxx50PAS-Q Transistors offer higher efficiency, resulting in less heat generation. The low VCEsat transistors are available in a DFN2020D-3 (SOT1061D) leadless small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package with visible and solderable side pads.
