Mini-Circuits BAT SMT Fixed Attenuators
Mini-Circuits BAT SMT Fixed Attenuators operate from DC to 60GHz, achieving superior attenuation accuracy and flatness while maintaining excellent return loss throughout the entire band. These wideband, bidirectional, absorptive fixed attenuators are fabricated using a highly reliable and repeatable GaAs semiconductor process. The BAT series features high power handling that ranges from 0.9W to 2W, and the low return loss minimizes reflections and enables use anywhere within wideband signal chains. These attenuators come in a 1.5mm x 1.5mm 6-lead QFN-style package, and this industry-standard packaging simplifies assembly in high-volume manufacturing processes. The compact footprint also saves space in dense layouts while providing low inductance and excellent thermal contact to PCBs. Ideal applications for Mini-Circuits BAT SMT Fixed Attenuators include satellite communications, 5G sub-6GHz and mmW, test and measurement equipment, and telecom infrastructure.Features
