Microchip Technology MSCSM170AM039CT6AG High Voltage Power Modules are 1700V/523A phase leg silicon carbide (SiC) power modules. The devices are high-efficiency converters with stable temperature behavior. The modules have direct mounting to the heatsink (isolated package) and a low junction-to-case thermal resistance.
