Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX20334 Dual SPDT Data Line Switch

Analog Devices MAX20334 Overvoltage and Surge-Protected Dual SPDT Data Line Switch operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply and are designed for multiplex USB 2.0 high-speed signals and various analog signals. The MAX20334 Switch combines the low on-capacitance (CON) and low on-resistance (RON) required for high-performance switching applications while withstanding the overvoltage event.

A data line short event to the high-voltage VBUS can result in either charger misdetection or permanent damage to the portable device in high-voltage charging solutions. The Analog Devices MAX20334 Dual SPDT Data Line Switch meets the requirements for USB 2.0 signaling. The device is available in a 12-bump (1.23mm x 1.63mm) wafer-level package (WLP) and operates over the -40°C to +85°C extended temperature range.
