Littelfuse SZP6SMB 600W TVS Diodes

Littelfuse SZP6SMB 600W TVS Diodes are designed to protect voltage-sensitive components from high voltage and high energy transients. These Zener transient overvoltage suppressors feature excellent clamping capability, high surge capability, low breakdown impedance, and a fast response time of <1ns. They offer 600W at 1ms peak power and a working peak reverse voltage range of 5.8V to 171V (unidirectional) and 9.4V to 70.1V (bidirectional). The standard breakdown voltage range is 6.45V to 210V (unidirectional) and 10.5V to 86.1V (bidirectional). Littelfuse SZP6SMB 600W TVS Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable. Typical applications include automotive, communication systems, numerical controls, process controls, medical equipment, business machines, power supplies, and many other industrial/consumer applications.
