Littelfuse SP1026 0201 30kV ESD Protection TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SP1026 Ultra-Small (0201) Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection TVS Diode Arrays are robust diodes that can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation. Each diode can safely dissipate 5A of 8/20μs surge current (IEC61000-4-5) with low clamping voltages. Littelfuse SP1026 features Zener diodes fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology. This silicon avalanche technology protects each I/O pin, providing a high level of protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive ESD. Applications include mobile phones, smartwatches, tablets, portable medical devices, and more.
