iWave Global iW-RainboW-G55M® Module

iWave Global iW-RainboW-G55M® Module is an OSM-LF system on module (SOM) based on AM62Ax automotive-grade processors from Texas Instruments. This module includes quad Arm® Cortex®-A53 CPUs, an Arm Cortex-R5F integrated as part of the MCU channel with FFI, and a second Arm Cortex-R5F integrated to support device management. Additional features include up to 2TOPS of C7xV-256 deep learning acceleration, 2GB LPDDR4 memory expandable up to 8GB and 16GB eMMC flash, and onboard Wi-Fi® 6 + BT 5.3 + LR-WPAN. iWave Global iW-RainboW-G55M OSM-LF Module supports low power mode and operates in a -40°C to +85°C (AEC-Grade 3) temperature range. The OSM v1.1 size-LF LGA solderable module has a 45mm x 45mm form factor and is REACH and RoHS 3 compliant. The iW-RainboW-G55M is suitable for automotive, industrial, and automation applications.
