HARTING PushPull 2.0 Variant 4 (V4) Industrial Connectors

HARTING PushPull 2.0 V4 Industrial Connectors feature a housing material that protects components from highly aggressive chemicals, such as cutting oils used in turning and milling centers. These updated PushPull connectors are compatible with previous versions. The V4 connectors utilize an internal locking mechanism for easy mating and unmating with a clicking sound for confirmation. The components have an additional anti-rotation device that secures the push-pull locking element in the plugged state and prevents unintentional pulling. The HARTING PushPull 2.0 V4 lineup includes plug-compatible power connectors with Han Han-Quick Lock® technology for tool-less, on-site installation. Han-Quick Lock connection technology joins together the reliability and user-friendliness of spring terminals with the low space requirements of crimp contacts.

The PushPull 2.0 V4 industrial connectors feature a cable clamp with a 4.5mm to 10mm cable diameter to eliminate a loose fit and poor strain relief. These second-generation PushPull components use different color markings to accelerate the plug-and-play principle. The first provides a quick overview of whether the connector and the socket are correctly aligned and can be connected, while the second color marking ensures the correct arrangement of a plug and socket. If an application requires several side-by-side connectors, the color markings help to eliminate incorrect wiring, saving time during assembly.
