Exascend PA4 Series Automotive-Grade SSDs

Exascend PA4 Series Automotive-grade Solid State Drives (SSDs) provide exceptional performance and ultra-high reliability over traditional hard disk drives. These SSDs achieve up to 3500MB/s for a sequential read, 2600MB/s for a sequential write, and 600,000IOPS for a random read process. The PA4 SSDs also achieve 450,000IOPS for a steady-state random write process. These SSDs consist only of semiconductor devices, helping the product to exhibit superior performance, reliability, ruggedness, capability, low power, and small form factor profiles

The PA4 SSDs use a single-chip Flash controller to manage multiple NAND Flash memory modules. This controller works with a host systemthat allows data to be written to and read from the Flash memory modules through a PCIe interface. The PA4 SSDs support U.2, E1.S, and M.2 form factors. These SSDs integrate high-speed PCIe Gen 4 x 4 interfaces with third-generation 3D TLC NAND flash memory technology and deliver capacities up to 8TB. The PA4 SSDs feature PCLe link power management, temperature monitoring and throttling, advanced LDPC error correction, intelligent management, and <7W active power consumption. These SSDs are JESD218A-compliant and operate at -40°C to 85°C temperature range. The PA4 SSDs are compatible with Windows, CentOS, Fedora, FreeBSD, openSUSE, Red Hat, Ubuntu, VMware ESXi, Citrix, and KVM systems. Typical applications include high-reliability commercial, enterprise data center, and cloud computing applications.
