Diodes Inc. UF252 Ultra-Low Jitter LVPECL Crystal Oscillators are optimized to save board space with a 2.5mm x 2.0mm x 0.8mm surface-mount ceramic package. The high-performance oscillators meet strict chipset requirements and feature an ultra-low 0.05ps typical phase jitter (0.07ps RMS maximum). The UF252 components support various options, including a wide frequency range (100MHz to 212.5MHz), 2.5V or 3.3V, and multiple stabilities. Stability varies with the specified operating temperature range with nine variants across ±20ppm (-20°C to +70°C) and ±100ppm (-40°C to +125°C). The Diodes Inc.
