Asahi Kasei Microdevices HQ High Sensitivity Quantum Well Hall Elements

Asahi Kasei Microdevices HQ High Sensitivity (InAs) Quantum Well Hall Elements are magnetic sensors that detect magnetic fields and output an analog signal proportional to the intensity. Operating within a -40°C to +125°C temperature range, these InAs Quantum Well Hall Elements feature a 370Ω to 1150Ω input resistance range, a 750Ω to 1150Ω output resistance range, and a 90mV to 130mV output hall voltage range. Applications include motor drivers and linear position detection.
