Micro Commercial Components (MCC) SMEJx Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) are diodes that feature bi-directional high surge current capability. These suppressors provide 10kA peak pulse current and operate from -55°C to 125°C junction temperature range. The SMEJx suppressors offer glass passivated junction, low clamping voltage under surge, and are ideal for automated placement. These high surge suppressors are used in applications such as DC line protection and power supply protection in harsh environments.
