Infineon Technologies EVAL-M1-IR2214 Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies EVAL-M1-IR2214 Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the 1200V junction-isolation gate driver IR2214SS along with the 1200V/50A EconoPIM™3 module FP50R12KT4G. The EVAL-M1-IR2214 Evaluation Board includes a daughterboard for auxiliary power supplies. The Infineon EVAL-M1-IR2214 Evaluation Board contains the gate driver ICs IR2214SS, the EconoPIM™3 module FP50R12KT4G, the bus capacitors, and peripheral circuits.
