Infineon Technologies EVAL-1ED3122MX12H Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies EVAL-1ED3122MX12H Evaluation Board is designed for the 1ED3122MX12H 2300V, 10A, 5.7kV (rms) single-channel isolated gate driver with active Miller clamp. The EVAL-1ED3122MX12H supplies a half-bridge configuration with two gate driver ICs (1ED3122MU12H) to drive power switches such as IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs.

The Infineon EVAL-1ED3122MX12H evaluation board includes a TRENCHSTOP™ IKQ75N120CH3 IGBT. An additional gate driver IC is utilized for isolated over-current feedback signal from the high voltage side to the logic control side. The fast operational amplifier is used as a comparator for over-current detection. The board is ideal for double-pulse testing.
