Espressif Systems ESP32-C3-MINI-1x Wi-Fi®/BLE Modules

Espressif Systems ESP32-C3-MINI-1 Wi-Fi® / BLUETOOTH® LE Modules provide a turnkey wireless connectivity solution for Internet of Things (IoT), smart homes, industrial automation, health care, and consumer/wearable electronics applications. The ESP32-C3-MINI-1 is based on the ESP32-C3 single-core Wi-Fi and BLE 5.0 Microcontroller System-on-Chip (SoC) with a RISC-V single-core microprocessor. ESP32-C3-MINI-1 comes with a PCB antenna, and the ESP32-C3-MINI-1U comes with an external antenna connector. These small multiprotocol modules offer 4MB flash in-chip package, 15 GPIOs, and an integrated 40MHz crystal oscillator.

The Espressif Systems ESP32-C3-MINI-1x modules are offered in two variants. The ESP32-C3-MINI-1-N4 has a +85°C maximum ambient operating temperature, and the ESP32-C3-MINI-1-H4 has a +105°C maximum.
