LQP RF Film Type Inductors

Murata Electronics LQP RF Film Type Inductors are offered in a case size range from 01005 to 0603, supporting the trend toward miniaturized sizes. Because the micromachining of coil patterns is enabled by forming the electrodes using a photolithography technique, the LQP series features smaller sizes and high Q characteristics while offering a portfolio with inductance values that both deviate minimally and are finely graded. These inductors have a 100pH to 470nH inductance range in a compact package with SMD terminations. Murata LQP RF Film Type Inductors are ideal for use in the matching and resonance circuits of RF units that require smaller sizes as well as minimal tolerance in inductance and finely graded inductance levels. LQP inductors are also ideal for choke circuits that demand miniature sizes and low RDC. AEC-Q200 variants are available.
