SUD70090E N-Channel MOSFET

Vishay SUD70090E N-Channel MOSFET is a 100V ThunderFET® module with a 175°C maximum junction temperature. The SUD70090E features a Q_GD/Q_GS ratio of <1 for optimized switching and is 100% R_g and UIS tested. Typical applications for Vishay SUD70090E N-Channel MOSFET include DC/DC converters, power tools, motor drive switches, DC/AC inverters, and battery management.

ThunderFET® Power MOSFETs

Vishay / Siliconix ThunderFET® Power MOSFETs provide low values of on-resistance for 100V MOSFETs with 4.5V ratings. The lower on-resistance translates into lower conduction losses and reduced power consumption for energy-saving green solutions. Vishay / Siliconix ThunderFET Power MOSFETs are optimized for primary-side switching and secondary-side synchronous rectification in isolated DC/DC power supply designs for telecom brick and bus converter applications.
