onsemi NTMTSC1D5N08MC Power MOSFET is a single N-channel Dual COOL® MOSFET with a small footprint (8mm x 8mm) for compact designs. This MOSFET offers 80V drain to source voltage and 287A drain current. The NTMTSC1D5N08MC MOSFET features low QG and capacitance to minimize driver losses. This MOSFET is suitable for power tools, battery-operated vacuums, UAVs/drones, material handling, BMS/storage, and home automation.
