NXF6501-Q100 & NXF6505A-Q100/B-Q100 Drivers

Nexperia NXF6501-Q100 and NXF6505A-Q100/B-Q100 Transformer Drivers are specialized push-pull transformer drivers that provide low noise and EMI for isolated power supplies in small form factors. The NXF6501-Q100, NXF6505A-Q100, and NXF6505B-Q100 can drive low-profile, center-tapped transformers from a 2.25V to 5V DC power supply. These drivers make use of slew rate control and Spread Spectrum Clocking (SSC) to achieve ultra-low noise and EMI.
