The ultra-small, surface-mount package features high-intensity red AlInGaP and high-intensity InGaN green and blue dies. The PCB substrate has a black surface to improve contrast. Broadcom HSMF-C116 Tricolor ChipLED is compatible with reflow soldering. Typical applications include displays, backlighting, and indicators.
