STPS80H100C-Y Drop Power Schottky Rectifier

STMicroelectronics STPS80H100C-Y Drop Power Schottky Rectifier is designed for high-frequency switched-mode power supply applications. These applications include DC/DC converters used in electrical cars. The rectifier is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and has negligible switching losses.
