AP7583Q/AQ Ultra-Low-Dropout Regulators

Diodes Incorporated AP7583Q/AQ Ultra-Low-Dropout (ULDO) Regulators are 300mA regulators with 3.3V and 5V fixed output-voltage and adjustable versions. These ULDO regulators feature a wide input-voltage range, high accuracy, ultra-low Quiescent current, and low-dropout voltage. The AP7583Q/AQ ULDO regulators also feature excellent line/load regulation, thermal shutdown function, and short circuit protection function. These regulators include a voltage reference, a resistor network for setting output voltage, a voltage reference, a chip-enabled circuit, and a current-limit circuit for current protection.
