Power Schottky Rectifiers

The devices feature a broad range of package offerings, with through-hole and surface mount industry standard outlines and the PowerFLAT™ package. PowerFLAT is a step further in power density for 30V and 45V bypass diodes designed for solar panel junction boxes.
