TLE985x H-Bridge MOSFET Driver ICs

Infineon Technologies TLE985x H-Bridge MOSFET Driver ICs are single-chip 2-phase motor drivers that integrate an Arm® Cortex® M0 core with an NFET driver. These ICs feature four fully integrated NFET drivers, a charge pump enabling low-voltage operation, and programmable current along with current slope control. The four fully integrated NFET drivers are optimised to drive a 2-phase motor via four external power NFETs. The TLE985x ICs come in a leadless VQFN-48 package to save board space. These ICs supply external loads with the help of an on-chip linear voltage regulator.

MOTIX™ Embedded Power ICs

Infineon Technologies MOTIX™ Embedded Power ICs deliver System-on-Chip solutions for motor control applications. The MOTIX ICs are based on an Arm® Cortex®-M integrated on a single die of the 32-bit microcontroller with features of non-volatile flash memory, analog and mixed-signal peripherals, and communication interfaces, including CAN-FD. Furthermore, the devices provide the driving stages required for relay, half-bridge, or full-bridge DC and BLDC motor applications. The Infineon MOTIX MCU optimizes user systems with a bridge driver featuring a current controlled output stage, flexible charge- and discharge current settings and several diagnostic functions.
