HMC558A GaAs MMIC Fundamental Mixers

Analog Devices Inc. HMC558A GaAs MMIC Fundamental Mixers are general-purpose, double-balanced mixers that designers can use as an upconverter or downconverter between 5.5GHz and 14GHz. Developed using a gallium arsenide (GaAs) metal semiconductor field effect transistor (MESFET) process, the HMC558A Mixers from Analog Devices require no external components or matching circuitry.
