LEXI-R520 LTE-M/NB-IoT Module

u-blox LEXI-R520 LTE-M/NB-IoT Module is based on the UBX-R52 cellular chipset. This module is optimized for low power consumption in deep-sleep PSM/eDRX and integrates the SpotNow-assisted GPS receiver technology with a separate GPS antenna interface. The LEXI-R520 module provides up to 1200kbit/s data communications over an -40°C to 85°C extended temperature range and with low power consumption. This module supports Power Class 3 (PC3), with a 23dBm maximum output power across all the bands. The LEXI-R520 module is available in the ultra-small LEXI LGA form factor (16mm x 16mm, 133-pin). This module is used in small asset trackers, telematics, portable healthcare systems, and small IoT applications.
