The ADUM4138 is a high-voltage, isolated IGBT Gate Driver with an isolated flyback controller. The EVAL-ADUM4138EBZ Evaluation Board delivers a circuit that is easy to manipulate via jumper pins. The performance of the system can be raised using an attainable optimized layout.

Isolated Gate Drivers

Analog Devices Isolated Gate Drivers feature iCoupler® technology. The iCoupler technology provides reliability and performance advantages over designs using optocouplers or pulse transformers. The isolated gate driver family offers 50ns propagation delay (max.), less than 5ns channel-to-channel matching, 400Vrms working voltage for a 50-year lifetime, and galvanic isolation.
