TPD1E10B09-Q1EVM Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments TPD1E10B09-Q1EVM Evaluation Module (EVM) helps designers evaluate the operation and performance of the TPD1E10B09-Q1 device. The TPD1E10B09-Q1 is an automotive grade bi-directional 10pF TVS ESD protection diode. This evaluation module contains six TPD1E10B09-Q1 devices. One TPD1E10B09-Q1 (D6) is configured with two SMA connectors (J1 and J2) for two-port analysis with a vector network analyzer. Five TPD1E10B09-Q1 devices (D1-D5) are configured with test points for striking ESD to the protection pins.
