Power Integrations 2SC0106T Dual-Channel SCALE™-2+ Driver Core is a dual-channel gate driver equipped with the new SCALE™-2+ chipset. It's a high-performance two-channel IGBT/MOSFET gate driver core for 1200V IGBTs in the 37kW to 110kW power range. The 2SC0106T drives 600V to 1200V IGBTs with collector currents up to 450A and switches at frequencies up to 20kHz.

The 2SC0106T2A1-12 drives all usual IGBT modules up to 450A/1200V or 600A/650V. The 2SC0106T2A1-12 is the most compact driver core available for industrial applications, with a footprint of only 45.5x31mm and an insertion height of 13mm. It allows even the most restricted insertion spaces to be efficiently used.

Power Integrations 2SC0108T2F1-17 IGBT Driver is a low cost SCALE™-2+ dual driver that is designed for universal applications requiring high reliability. 2SC0108T2F1-17 drives all IGBT modules up to 600A/1200V or 450A/1700V and its embedded paralleling capability allows easy inverter design. The IGBT Driver is the most compact driver core available with a footprint of only 45mm x 34.3mm and a height of 16mm. 2SC0108T2F1-17 combines a two-channel driver core with all components required for driving such as a DC/DC converter, short-circuit protection and Soft Shut Down (SSD).
