ISL91117 Synchronous Boost Regulator

Renesas Electronics ISL91117 Synchronous Boost Regulator is a highly-integrated switching regulator that delivers an output current of 1.5A with P_VIN=3.3V and V_OUT=5V. This regulator offers a power solution for devices that use dual-cell, three-cell, Alkaline, NiCd, NiMH, one-cell Li-ion, or Li-polymer batteries. The ISL91117 regulator features a 1.8V to 4.8V input voltage range, up to 96% high efficiency, selectable forced PWM mode, and external synchronization. This regulator is equipped with short circuit, overtemperature, and undervoltage protection features. The ISL91117 regulator is used in smartphones, tablets, wireless communication devices, and products, including portable HDMI and USB-OTG.
