Edge Mount Adhesive Brackets

TE Connectivity's (TE) / Raychem Edge Mount Adhesive Brackets provide an ergonomic, streamlined design that takes up less space while ensuring ease of handling and installation. These rugged brackets maintain their structural integrity by eliminating drilled holes and modifications, accommodating various diameter cable bundles of ≤30mm and ≤15mm. The lightweight construction features a V-groove in the cable seating area for standard cable tie mount brackets. TE Raychem Edge Mount Adhesive Brackets are made from a nylon 66 material with a -55°C to +120°C operating temperature range. These brackets offer an adhesive application solution for commercial aircraft cable routing and electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft production.
