Multi Half-Bridge Drivers

The drivers are designed to drive small DC motors in various applications, and include the complete driver and output stage. Sequential or parallel driving of several motors is possible. All products offer overcurrent and over temperature protection, and over and under voltage lockout.

TLE94112EL Twelve-Fold Half-Bridge Drivers

Infineon TLE94112EL Twelve-Fold Half-Bridge Drivers are designed for automotive motion control applications like Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) flap DC motor control. The drivers feature 12 half-bridge power outputs and a 16-bit standard SPI interface. The TLE94112EL is part of a larger half-bridge driver family offering from three outputs to twelve outputs with a direct interface or SPI interface.
