TPS7A94 Ultra-High PSRR RF Voltage Regulator

Texas Instruments TPS7A94 Ultra-High PSRR RF Voltage Regulator is a low-noise (0.46μV_RMS), low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator capable of sourcing 1A with only 200mV of maximum dropout. The low dropout, in conjunction with a wide bandwidth error amplifier, allows for very high PSRR (100dB at 1kHz or 60dB at 1MHz) under low operating headroom (500mV) and high output current (1A). Output is adjustable with an external resistor from 0 to 5.3V. With a wide input voltage range, the TPS7A94 supports operation as low as 1.7V and up to 5.5V. The component includes uncommon features such as programmable current limit, programmable PG threshold and precision enable, thereby allowing more application control.
