IQS620A ProxFusion Sensor IC

Azoteq IQS620A ProxFusion® Sensor IC integrates multiple sensor technologies onto a single chip. The IQS620A offers dual direction Hall-effect sensing, along with capacitive touch sensing, and two-level inductive sensing. The IQS620A is designed for applications where any or all of these technologies may be required. The IQS620A is an ultra-low-power solution designed for short or long-term activations through any of the sensing channels. The IQS620A sensor is fully I²C compatible and can be configured to output main trigger events on GPIOs.
