LDP02-26CAYD2-AQ SMD TVS Diode

Diotec Semiconductor LDP02-26CAYD2-AQ SMD TVS Diode offers 6600 W peak power, fast response, and ISO-16750-2 load-dump test compliance. This Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode uses a TO-263AB (D²PAK) package and supports AEC-Q101 qualification. The LDP02-26CAYD2-AQ Surface Mount Device (SMD) TVS diode delivers a 22V stand-off voltage and a breakdown voltage range of 24.4V to 28V. This diode is compliant with RoHS (exemption 7a), Conflict Minerals, and REACH standards. Typical applications include over-voltage protection, load-dump protection in motor vehicle supply systems.
