Automotive TVS Diodes

Littelfuse AEC-Q101 Qualified TVS Diodes protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by load dump and other transient voltage events. These AEC-Q101 qualified devices offer peak pulse power dissipation ratings of 400W (SZ1SMA) to 3000W (TPSMD). Littelfuse AEC-Q101 Qualified TVS Diodes are ideal for applications such as DC power protection and ESD protection in automotive electronics such as electronic control units, sensors, and entertainment systems, as well as in portable devices that require high reliability. 

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

Automotive Qualified SPA TVS Diodes

Littelfuse Automotive Qualified SPA TVS Diodes are capable of production part approval processes (PPAP) with a single origin flow from wafer creation and testing to tape and reel. These AEC-Q101 qualified diodes offer durable protection for current and emerging automotive technologies. Typical applications for Littelfuse Automotive Qualified SPA TVS Diodes include CAN bus, HSSI Ethernet, DC powerlines, data lines, and general I/O.

AQ24COME-02HTG Bidirectional TVS Diode

Littelfuse AQ24COME-02HTG Bidirectional TVS Diode provides a high Electrostatic  Discharge (ESD) protection level for electronic equipment. This TVS diode can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. The AQ24COME-02HTG TVS diode safely dissipates a 9A 8/20μs surge current (IEC 61000-4-5, 2nd edition) and is fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology. This TVS diode operates from -40°C to 150°C temperature range. Typical applications include automotive, ADAS control units, body control units, CAN bus, factory automation, lighting control (DALI), power train control units, and sensor protection.
