MHA100KN Low Power Omnipolar Hall-Effect Sensor

MEMSIC MHA100KN Low Power Hall-Effect Sensor is an omnipolar switch with accurate switch control in a small DFN4 package. The high-performance sensor has a wide operating voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V and ultra-low power consumption of <5μA at 1.8V. The series features good RF noise immunity and omnipolar operation. MHA100KN offers a dual output, unipolar hall switch for N pole and S pole output. MEMSIC MHA100KN Low Power Hall-Effect Sensor is ideal for simple applications requiring presence/absence detection like a laptop lid, a charging station for wearables, or tamper detection on a smart meter.
