Texas Instruments LM74900Q1EVM Evaluation Module is configured to evaluate the operation of the LM74900-Q1. The LM74900-Q1 ideal diode controller is suitable for reverse battery protection applications. The LM74900Q1EVM establishes how the LM74900-Q1 controls two back-back N-channel power MOSFETs to emulate an ideal diode rectifier. This emulation features power path ON/OFF control, overcurrent, and overvoltage protection.
