The CDBKA20120L-HF rectifier features 120V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage and 20A maximum average forward rectified current. This Schottky rectifier diode incorporates super-barrier rectifier technology, making it ideal for high-power, low-loss, and fast-switching applications. This rectifier is RoHS compliant and halogen-free device that comes in TO-262 molded plastic case.
