SP Differential Low Pressure Sensors

Superior Sensor Technology SP Differential Low-Pressure Sensors are sensor modules that come with NimbleSense™ proprietary architecture. This architecture achieves a high dynamic range for precise near-zero measurements that are required for spirometry pressure sensing devices. The SP series combines an advanced piezoresistive sensing element with integrated amplification, ADC, DSP, and processor intelligence. Superior Sensor Technology SP sensors feature ±250Pa to ±40kPa programmable ranges, 16-bit resolution per range, and enhanced EMI immunity.
