BUK6Q21-30PJ MOSFET

Nexperia BUK6Q21-30PJ MOSFET is an automotive, 30V P-channel enhancement mode FET in an MLPAK33 (SOT8002-3) SMD plastic package using Trench MOSFET technology. This MOSFET offers logic-level compatibility and features side-wettable flanks for optical solder inspection. The BUK6Q21-30PJ MOSFET operates in negative mode during regular operation, with drain-source voltage (V_DS). The maximum voltage that can be safely applied between the drain and source terminals is 30V. This MOSFET is offered in a thermally efficient package in a small form factor (3.3mm x 3.3mm footprint). The BUK6Q12-40PJ MOSFET is AEC-Q101 qualified and is suitable for automotive applications. This MOSFET is ideal for reverse polarity protection, high-speed line drivers, high-side load switches, and relay drivers.
