Battery Management Systems

Eaton provides a wide portfolio of products for Battery Management Systems (BMS), including terminal blocks, fuses, supercapacitors, chokes, inductors, and more. Battery Management Systems monitor individual cells, system voltage, current, and temperature. When monitoring individual cells, the BMS balances voltages and regulates the current flow, and if the upper or lower voltage, current, or temperature limit is exceeded, the BMS temporarily disconnects the load or source. Eaton Battery Management Systems estimate the State of Health (SoH), State of Charge (SoC), State of Energy (SoE), and State of Power (SoP) in batteries.

TVS Diode ESD Suppressors

Eaton Electronics TVS Diode ESD Suppressors provide a 3.3V to 70V reverse working range with a peak pulse current of up to 240A and capacitance as low as 0.07pF. These suppressors deliver highly reliable protection against fast and damaging voltage transients, such as electrostatic discharge, electrically fast transients, and induced lightning. The TVS diodes are offered in discrete and arrays and feature a fast response time, high-voltage withstand capability, long life, and low capacitance. These attributes make these diodes ideal for sensitive ICs with high-speed interfaces. 0603ESDA2 PolySurg™ ESD Suppressor

Eaton Electronics 0603ESDA2-TR2 PolySurg™ ESD Suppressor is designed to provide ESD protection for high frequency, low voltage applications. The device features a 0603 footprint, very low leakage current, ultra-low capacitance (0.15pF max), and a fast response time, and exceeds testing IEC 61000-4-2 standards. The ultra-low (0.15pF maximum) capacitance enables the 0603ESDA2-TR2 ESD Suppressor to protect valuable high-speed data circuits from ESD damage without distorting data signals.
